The MBD
monocrystalline diamond powder-
is a type of most commonly use Super-abrasive
materials, which capable of shaping and polishing many hard substrate
materials such as cemented carbide, ceramics, gems, & optical glass,
etc..
We used to produce in bulk quantity and inexpensive. At present, it is
widely used in machinery, aviation and space, optical instrument, glass,
ceramics, electronics, petroleum, geology, military industry and other
industrial sections.
All of our Micron diamonds are very
carefully sorted & graded, and used to have uniform particle shape ,
wear resistance, and ideal Particle Size distribution (PSD) throughout our
product range. Our Diamond Micro-powder are widely applied in firms of USA
and Europe and demonstrate not only high efficiency, but also maximum
cleanliness of a surface after processing.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Uniform sorting of
particles
As it is visible on a
illustration, diamond micropowders consist of regular intervals particles, the shape of
which are provided by perfect control. Such diamond micropowders can provide high
efficiency of processing and maximum cleanliness of a processable surface. The micron
diamonds do not contain particles of the changeable form. It is provided with own unique
technology from synthesis to classification.
2. Ideal distribution
of particles on the sizes
The Diamond Micropowder
are classified and considered the most precisely pursuant to special raw. This
strict control diamond of micropowders guarantees maximum grinding effect,
eliminate unexpected engineering problems.
3.Uniformity and
stability of quality
The uniformity and
stability of quality diamond micropowders are result of careful manufacturing. The quality
should be very important factor accordingly at manufacturing and sorting, which is
observed from delivery to delivery. It should help to avoid unexpected troubles at
application. Oshmens'Diamond micropowders is quite precisely supervised during of all
unique processes - from the synthesis to classification. It can guarantee to the consumers
of micropowders to receive best application and efficiency of results at constant
consumption of a complete number of diamonds in grinding, lapping and polishing.
1. Uniform Grading of particles &
blocky shapes
We provide with our own unique technology from synthesis to
Micronisation. Consistence of the diamond micro-powder quality let our
customer capable to achieve high efficiency of processing and maximum
cleanliness of a processable surface.
2. Ideal PSD
With the help of a Laser Based Particle Analyser, very tight quality
control on all of our diamond micropowders could be guarantee.
